Not receiving email?

Solution

First thing is to check mail is not being placed in your spam folder.

Then white-list our email address to prevent any further issues.

If you have a mailbox here, is it full? This usually applies to IMAP not POP3 but it can if you have POP3 set to leave mail on the server. A clean-up may be necessary to clear some space. Try to set a short duration (2 days) if you do keep mail on the server.

If you are having mail forwarded to another email address your server may be blocking or spam blocking. Check to see if your mail is in your junk or spam folder.
