Resolving Issues with other providers

Solution

Occasionally mail will be blocked by other service providers. There are a variety of reasons for this that are beyond our control. We offer the following information about our service to help you resolve issues with your internet service provider.

When dealing with other providers for mail issues you will need to know our server information so they can check for blockages, firewalls etc.

They will need to know the the following:

desrv20.fastcpanelserver.com or mail.yourdomain.com.(au) 

If they are blocking/firewalling this addresses or IPs our server will not be able to send mail to the receiver's provider.

Please be aware we are not responsible if other providers block email. These issues must be resolved with them.
