Why we ask you to use the HELP DESK


The following reasons are why we ask you to use the Help Desk rather than email.

1. All our tech crew can see the issue at once and if able respond to your issue quickly.

2. If you direct email we have to copy it to the Help Desk anyway. Thus wasting time on your issue.

3. Sending your request to the manager wastes time due to the above. Usually, he will reply and request you go to the Help Desk.
