Not receiving email can be caused by many things.
Mail can be going into your spam folder. Please check SPAM or JUNK to see if the message is in that folder. If you want this email address not to be spam, you must whatever options your mail client has to set the email as ALLOWED.
Please note: If you are having problems with your mail client you may need your own I.T. technician. We can assist you for this service at $150 per hour including GST.
