Unable to view my web site

Solution

There are several reasons you may not be able to see or log into your web site.

Firstly, if you have tried to log in to your site or email too many times with the wrong password the system may see you as a threat/hacker and block you. If you think this is the case, please submit a HELP TICKET and we can check for any blocks.

Before you submit a ticket, please go to http:whatismyipaddress.com and copy your IP address(es) into the ticket using copy and paste.

This allows us to check your system against our logs.

Other reasons may include temporary internet outages. Wait for a short time and try again.

Also, your firewall could be interfering with access. Please check your firewall settings.

Please note: If you are having problems with your computer you may need your own I.T. technician. We can assist you for this service at $150 per hour including GST.
