The easiest way to free a locked-up computer is to press and hold the power button until the unit turns off. Wait 10 seconds and press the power button again momentarily to turn the computer back on again.
The unit will reboot.
If the unit displays boot options, select START WINDOWS NORMALLY.
If you still have problems contact the Station Technician.
