Internet Connections - DIY Testing


As a courtesy we are providing the following information to assist you with internet connection issues that may help avoid lengthy conversations with your telecommunications provider.

1. Check all cabling. This includes power, phone and network cables.

2. Reboot everything. Start with your computer. If that fails to resolve connection issues, then reboot your modem and wireless router.

3. Another possibility is it could be a general internet issue, try waiting an hour, then try again.

4. Seek assistance from your telecommunications provider or I.T. service.
